Strud Pex is a Lutsk-based digital learning platform focused on one specific subject: project coordination. We built the platform around the way coordination actually works — with real task structures, communication constraints, and the kind of decisions that don't have clean answers. The content is designed for people who want to understand the mechanics, not just the vocabulary.
What the platform covers
Coordination is often treated as a soft skill — something you pick up on the job. The problem with that approach is that you also pick up the bad habits, the workarounds, and the blind spots of whoever trained you. Strud Pex structures the subject differently: each learning module targets a specific coordination problem, from task handoffs to stakeholder updates to scope creep.
